Darren S. Sederoff is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law and has been a practicing criminal defense lawyer for 20 years and is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law as qualified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has successfully defended individuals charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, manslaughter, all types of drug offences from heroin and cocaine to representation of production of marijuana, fraud, professional disciplinary hearings, impaired driving, over 80 blood alcohol level, refusal to provide a breath sample, assault, and more.

He is currently counsel to corporations and individuals charged with provincial offence act charges, excise tax act charges, white collar crime, and small business loan charges.

Mr. Sederoff has experience in all levels of Ontario courts from the Ontario Courts of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. In addition to his extensive experience with the Ontario justice system, he also represents individuals in Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan.
